Gary Powell Gary has worked in the private healthcare care industry all of his life. The vast majority of it spent with BUPA. Whilst he was there he worked in various departments such as claims, underwriting and intermediary sales. He had a brief spell at another highly reputable healthcare brokerage, Health For Industry, before returning to BUPA to work at the BUPA Hospital Clare Park for five years. During this time he has acquired an excellent overall medical knowledge especially having worked closely with the consultants in helping their private patients with all aspects of their administration requirements, such as fixed cost prices, pre-authorising treatment and in-patient bookings. So he has worked in all areas of the healthcare process, both the insurance side and the hospital side. This experience has proved to be invaluable. He is also a three time BUPA One Life Ambassador Award winner. Sue Spoor Sue has over twenty-five years of experience in customer service management and administration within an international company. She has received much acclaim and is the recipient of several customer services honours including The Business Services Award. Sue prides herself on her friendly and understanding approach and will happily administer your policy using her excellent organisational and communicational skills. Nicola Dallimore Nicola has recently joined us and has several years of experience in
administration and is used to handling sensitive and confidential information,
in compliance with the Data Protection Act. She has all the skills
necessary to make sure all of your administrative requirements are
dealt with swiftly and efficiently. |
